Lawrence Petretti – President / CEO

Biography

With over 40 years of experience in all phases of interior construction, Larry has managed hundreds of projects throughout the greater tri-state area. From small start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, these projects range anywhere from 5,000 to 1 million square feet.

His diversified experience and understanding of construction complexities make him a valued resource to clients worldwide.

Larry appreciates the value of a quality education and believes in helping those in need. He holds a position on the Advisory Board of Pencils of Promise, a for-purpose organization that builds schools and educates children across the world.

Nicholas Colucci – Executive Vice President / EVP

Biography

Accomplished in all aspects of project management from bidding to punch list, Nick has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. He’s worked on the Client side, the Owner’s Representative side and the General Contracting side of the business, bringing a plethora of knowledge to meet the demands of any project.

Mr. Colucci is the liaison between Petretti & Associates, the subcontractor community and the client, responsible for ensuring successful project completion in line with the project’s budget and schedule. He leads the assigned staff in day-to-day construction operations including trade coordination, the submittal process and interfacing with the design team.

David Foncello – Chief Financial Officer / CFO

Biography

With over 20 years of professional accounting, finance and cost engineering experience in the construction industry, Dave has established himself as a driven administrator with a proven track record. His hands-on approach and strong focus on systems and procedures result in cost savings for our clients.

With a graduate degree in finance, Dave not only understands the language of accounting but the strategy of business as well. Starting his career as a cost analyst for an electrical subcontractor, Dave worked his way up as a project accountant for a large construction management firm to regional controller for one of their specialized business units.

After five years in his previous role as Vice President of Finance, David joined Petretti & Associates as our Chief Financial Officer.

Dave Ward – Executive Vice President / EVP

Biography

With over 15 years experience in the New York and Connecticut market combined and a degree in construction management, Dave is well versed in all aspects of interior construction. As Executive Vice President of Petretti & Associates, Dave is responsible for ensuring that all project goals are met. He works directly with the project managers to devise the best strategies for achieving the best time and cost efficiencies. Dave is constantly following up with project team personnel to ensure a steady workflow and a project that surpasses our clients’ expectations. In addition to New York City, Dave’s work in Stamford and Greenwich, along with the relationships he has built, has contributed greatly to the reinforcement of the Petretti brand in the Connecticut market.

Joe Goubeaud – Chief Operating Officer / COO

Biography

Joe’s 20 years of experience has equipped him with a vast knowledge and unique point of view from all angles of commercial construction. As Chief Operating Officer, Joe is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations. He ensures that business operations are efficient and effective through the proper management of resources. Through constant communication Joe promotes safety and culture through all operations and systems to reflect employee’s actions and providing them with the necessary corporate resources to guarantee all project goals are met. Joe’s leadership has led to the successful rollout of many multi-million dollar projects throughout the tri-state area for esteemed clients such as Avon, World Wrestling Entertainment, Visa and U.S. Trust.
